- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. honey
- 100 g meal
- 100 g corn starch
- 1 pouch barm
- 6 tsp. cocoa
- 100 g yogurt (0,1 % fat content)
- bittersweet cooking chocolat
- chocolat chips and sugar pearls
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Mix the eggs, honey, meal, corn starch and cocoa in a bowl. After that, add the yogurt. Fill the dough into a small cake-tin and bake the chocolate cake for 30 minutes.
Fuse the couverture in a water bath and drizzle it over the cake. Finally add some chocolat chips and sugar pearls. Et voilà! :)
